Oh I see! I also noticed Impressive Title was shut down or something, and I never heard of it, and I don't have a computer so yea.
Yep, the original IT was shut down, but they released the source code so people could build off of it. ^^

You should be able to join the Members group freely and you can submit pieces (to the correct folders) after that ^^
